Introduction
A K type thermocouple is also known as iron - Kang Tong is also a
thermocouple, cheap cheap metal thermocouple. Its cathode (JP) on

copper nickel alloy, often vaguely called Kang Tong, the name of
its chemical composition: 55% copper and 45% the nickel and a small

of cheap, widely used by users. The type J thermocouple can be used
in vacuum, oxidation, reduction and inert atmosphere, but positive
iron oxidation at high temperatures is fast, so use temperature is
limited, can not no direct protection at high temperatures for
curing atmosphere.

Application
Thermocouples are widely used in science and industry; applications
include temperature measurement for kilns, gas turbine exhaust,
diesel engines, and other industrial processes. Thermocouples are
also used in homes, offices and businesses as the temperature
sensors
in thermostats, and also as flame sensors in safety devices for
gas-powered major appliances.
SMT production line equipment
1. Universal SMT machine: Using the program edited by the device to
mount components onto designated parts positions, it can mount SOP
28 pin or more (including components that can be mounted by
high-speed machines) roll, disc, or tubular packaging components.

When performing automatic detection, the machine automatically
scans the PCB through a camera, collects images, compares the
tested solder joints with qualified parameters in the database,
processes the images, checks for defects on the PCB, and
displays/marks the defects through a display or automatic marker
for maintenance personnel to repair.
