This LED bulb glue dispensing machine to apply glue on the base of
the LED bulb or LED Par light, to connect with the housing of the
lamp.
This Four-station round glue dispensing machine can be used for
this application. Four stations are distributed by 90 degree on the
revolution disc. Revolution motor rotates 90 degree each time to
bring the work-piece to the gluing nozzle. Auto-rotation motor
drives work-piece rotating in average speed to achieve evenly glue
coating.

Suction type dispensing valve + 330ML sleeve, specially designed
for the branch silicone within 330ML, easy to use, no leakage of
glue dripping, clean break.
3.Pressure drum dispenser
Pressure barrel + dispensing valve, stable glue quantity, clean
break, no leakage of glue dripping. Suitable for dispensing large
amount of glue, bulk glue products, save glue, save labor.
4.Dual station dispenser
Dual-station alternating work, while loading and unloading while
dispensing, without stopping the machine, the efficiency is

5.Hot Melt Glue Dispenser
The hot melt glue cartridge is placed in a special heater, the glue
is extruded using a dispensing controller, and the three-axis
manipulator completes the dispensing path.
