DESCRIPTION
1. ADSS cables are stranded in loose tubes. 250um fiber in a loose
tube made of high modulus plastic.
2. The tube is filled with waterproof filling compound. The tube
(and filler) is twisted into a compact circular cable core around
the FRP as a non-metallic central strength member. After the cable
core is filled with filler.
3. It is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After applying a
twisted layer of aramid yarn as a reinforcement on the inner
jacket, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking)
outer jacket.
FEATURES
1. Can be installed without shutting offthe power.
2. Excellent AT performance. The maximum inductive at the operating
point ofAT jacket can reach 25kV.
3. Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and
wind and the load on towers and backprops.
4. Large span lengths and the largest span is over 200m.
5. Good performance oftensile strength and temperature.
6. The design life span is over 30 years.
APPLICATIONS
Long distance telecom, LAN in high voltage area or access to
telecom network;
For power transmission system, much thunder areas and high
electro-magnetic inerference.
