Description of Art Sculptures

Finishing Touches: Once the skeleton construction is complete,
inspect the structure for any sharp or rough edges. Smooth out any
rough spots using sandpaper or a grinding tool to ensure safety and
a polished appearance.

initial step in creating a custom large stainless steel wall
decoration. Once the skeleton is in place, the next steps typically
involve adding the outer layers, surface treatments, and any
additional decorative elements to complete the artwork.

No Matter we use stainless steel plate or stainless steel tubes,We
can see the thickness and the surface effect, all use the special
exported standrard raw material, generally have 304 stainless steel
and 316L stainless steel for your choose, the thickness can be
2-3.5mm.
Our raw materials come from government-operated stainless steel
factories, and we have test certification for each batch of
materials. We only use 304 or 316 to make stainless steel
sculptures. However, other businesses use 201 stainless steel for
low prices.
Resin sculpture production process
Fiberglass sculpture is a finished type of sculpture. Fiberglass
sculpture has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion
resistance and relatively low cost. FRP, also known as FRP, is
known as fiber reinforced plastic. It is a composite material
composed of synthetic resin as matrix material and glass fiber and
its products as reinforcement material.
Production Flow
1. Showing the details drawing/ 3D mold for clients to confirm.
2. Making exact structures according to drawing/ client's photos/ 3D
mold.
3. Cover the stainless steel plate on existing structures.
4. Welding and polishing the surface.
5. Stand up and take all different views pictures/ videos, show to
clients.
6. Packing into iron box after clients are satisfied with sculptures.
