2218 Wear-Resistant Repairing Agent is a two-component epoxy
adhesive to metal titanium compound and hard ceramic aggregate
wear-resistant composite materials.
Performance Feature
Gray paste, room temperature curing, high bonding strength with
matrix; After repair coating wear resistance is medium carbon steel
surface hardening of 4 ~ 8 times.
Typical Applications
For grinding grain is less than 3 mm in diameter of abrasive wear
and erosion wear parts repair, protective coating can be done.
Apply to repair or protect the pump body, impeller, fan shell,
screw conveyor, etc.

Instructions
1. Cleaning and preparation: polished surface of unattended, bared
metal body and make it rough. Clear oil, it is recommended to use
detergent 7755 cleaning, have seen better.
2. Glue: according to the dosage, by weight than 4:1 says in part A
and part B, mixing evenly, make it A uniform color.
3. Paint Glue: the glue on the mend, compaction force, eliminate
sub in the cracks, porosity, shape, smooth.
4. Cure:At 1 day can be cured, if you want to faster curing, can be
appropriately heating, curing in 80 ℃ for 2 ~ 3 hours.
5. The reaction is exothermic reaction, with glue should be paid
attention to.
1) The more amount of glue, the faster the curing reaction.
2) The higher the temperature, the faster the curing reaction.
3) To achieve the best performance, must be in strict accordance
with the provisions of proportion.
4) Environmental temperature under 10 ℃ when, can preheat the
repaired surface.
5) Completely curing rear can achieve the best physical and
mechanical properties.
6. Shorten curing time method:
1) Improve the environmental temperature.
2) Improve the unattended workpiece temperature.
3) Coating after repairing adhesive with infrared lamp, halogen
lamp, such as the heat source heating, but the outside heat source
should be 400 mm from repair layer (ambient temperature is not
higher than 100 ℃), not directly with flame heating.
Notes
1.Not finished part A and B respectively sealed preservation, so
that next time, each in A and B components that not use up seal
save, in order to use next time.
2.Contaminated adhesive solution can no longer be in the original
tins, lest affect the jar residual adhesive solution performance.
3.Keep away from Children.
4.Can irritate the eye skin, should be used in a well ventilated
place.
5.If touch with eyes and skin, immediately after wiping, rinse with
water.
