Product Description

150 Ton Trussed Type Bridge Launcher Girder Crane is used for erecting concrete box girders for high speed (250km, 350km) passenger railway lines. This machine is suitable for equal span girders or different span girders which can be 20m, 24m and 32m, 50m. The rear part has two supports. One of the supports is "C" shape column with rotary and foldable technology. The "C" shape column technology saved the traverse space during traveling and which enables to travel through tunnels with the girder transfer vehicle.

Maintenance

• Maintenance of metal structures

Mainly check the main beam, check every ten days. Check whether there are cracks in the welding seam of the connection, whether there is residual deformation and instability of the main beam. If problems are found, stop using them and repair them.

• Maintenance of main parts

1. The steel wire rope should be lubricated regularly every two weeks, and the dirt should be removed before lubrication.
2. If you find any twists on the wire rope and find that there are more than 6 broken wires, you should immediately scrap it and update it. (Check before class every day)
3. When the wheel wear exceeds 15% of the original thickness or there is cracking, it should be renewed.
4. There must be no shortage of oil in the reducer, it should be replaced regularly, and any abnormality and noise should be found for timely maintenance.
5. The brake of the lifting mechanism should be checked once before each use, and the brake of the running mechanism should be checked before each use every day.
6. The auxiliary hoist uses electric hoist. Due to improper operation during use, parts loosen, metal fatigue and other reasons occur. Special emphasis is placed on checking once a week and careful recording.

• Maintenance of electrical equipment
