Precautions

• During the use of the bridge erecting machine, sudden starting and braking should be avoided, and anti-vehicle braking is not allowed.
• Regularly check the connection welds of the main beam and other components. If cracks are found, stop using them immediately, re-weld and repair them, and continue to use them after passing the inspection.

• The bearings must always be lubricated, and oiled regularly before the winter and summer seasons, and cleaned before oiling. If the temperature is too high and the noise is high, check it carefully and replace it if it is damaged.
• Check whether the sound from the motor, electromagnet, etc. is normal, and whether the cam controller is scorched, and if necessary, replace it in time.

• The brakes of the lifting mechanism are checked once a day, and the brakes of the running mechanism are checked every 2 to 3 days.
• Always keep the electrical equipment clean, such as resistors, control panels, contactors, etc., remove dust and dirt from the inside and outside, and prevent the occurrence of undesirable phenomena such as leakage, breakdown, short circuits, etc.

Regular Maintenance

• The working performance and life of each mechanism of the lubricating bridging machine largely depend on the lubrication. For lubrication, maintenance and lubrication of electromechanical products, please refer to the user's manual. Lubricating trolleys, cranes, etc. should be greased once a week. Attention should be paid to broken wire rope. If the broken wire, broken strands or abrasion amount reaches the scrap standard, the new rope should be replaced in time.

• The spreader must be checked regularly.

• The pulley unit of the bridge erecting machine mainly checks the wear of the rope groove, whether the rim is cracked, and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

• The wheel regularly check the rim and tread, when the rim part is worn or cracked to 10% thickness should be replaced with a new wheel.
• The bridging machine brake should be checked once every shift. The brake should be accurate and the pin should not be jammed. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe clearance should be equal when the brake is released.
