Product Maintenance
- Maintenance of metal structure
The main thing is to check the girder, every ten days. Check the
connection weld for open weld cracks, and the main girder for
residual deformation and instability.
- Repair and maintenance of main parts
1. The wire rope should be lubricated regularly once every two
weeks, and dirt should be removed before lubrication.
2. If any twist of the steel wire rope is found and more than 6
pieces are found broken, it shall be scrapped and updated
immediately. (daily pre-shift inspection)
3. When the wheel wear more than 15% of the original thickness or
crack, should be updated.
4. The reducer can not be short of oil, should be regularly
replaced, found abnormal and noise timely maintenance.
5. The lifting mechanism of the brake before each use first check,
the running mechanism of the brake check once a day before use.
6. The auxiliary lifting adopts electric hoist, which causes loose
parts and metal fatigue due to improper operation. Special emphasis
is placed on weekly inspection and careful recording.
- Maintenance of electrical equipment
1. This work shall be completed by the professional electrician of
the gantry crane manufacturer, and the electrician maintenance
record shall be filled in.
2. Keep the electrical equipment clean, such as resistor, control
screen, contactor, etc. Remove internal dust and dirt to prevent
the occurrence of bad phenomena such as electricity leakage,
breakdown and short circuit. Check by electrician everyday, fill in
duty record.
3. Often observe whether the motor rotor sliding line, brush
contact is good.
4. Whether the sound emitted by motors, electromagnets, power
breakers and electromagnetic switches is normal or not.
5. When the operating conditions are bad, the insulation resistance
of motors and wires should be measured regularly. Attention of
gantry crane manufacturer: conductive slide wire, bracket
insulation and various housing grounding.
6. The electric hoist rail clamp and all parts of the connection
bolts in action will be loose, so every week to each part must be
carefully checked.
