Application

REXON Transformer dry air generator DAG-100 is widely used in when the transformer and reactor etc large power equipment are been installed and recondition to produce the dry air. To ensure internal insulation of electrical equipment from moisture, maintenance personnel will not suffocate from lack of oxygen in the inner working of the device. It is more secure, more reliable, better economical and more convenient than bottled gas. When the oil filter works in the rainy days and humid environment, equipment box and oil will do the air drying to ensure improve the insulation of oil and reduce the moisture.

Functions

DAG series equipment can:
1.Remove moisture from the air. The dew point limit of the treated air can be below -80 °C.
2.Remove particulate matter from the air.
3.The transformer is replaced by nitrogen-filled or hot oil circulating dry overnight.
4.Dry air is supplied during transformer installation and maintenance to ensure dryness inside the transformer.
5.The cylinder is filled with dry air.
