Application

This series machine can do efficient UCO filtration processing as pre-treatment to improve used cooking oil quality for bio-diesel oil production. It can largely improve bio-diesel productivity. This unit is especially applied to remove water, gases and particulates from waste cooking oils, vegetable oils, palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, peanut oil coconut oil, etc, to purify used cooking oil and improve the oil quality. 6. It takes a safety electric control system which can protect the machine from working normally. No matter which part of the machine works wrong, the machine will stop automatically.

7. It uses all stainless steel ball vales, which can protect oil properties well during the process.

8. The machine uses stainless steel flanges for the heating system, and it can prevent any bad gas-produced oil during the oil process.
