GKBM 90 uPVC Passive Window Profiles’ Features

The 90 series products are positioned as high-end energy-saving passive windows. In 2019, they obtained the passive door and window certification from the German PHI Institute.

1. The thickness of the visible surface is 3.0mm, and the thickness of the non-visible surface is 2.7m. The thickened steel village is 2.0mm hot-dip galvanized. Seven-chamber structure, thermal insulation and energy-saving performance reaches national standard level 10.

2. 42mm and 59mm glass can be installed to meet the glass requirements of high-insulation windows; the use of triple-layer glass can make the heat transfer coefficient reach a minimum of 0.7-0.8w/㎡k.

3. The casement fan is a luxury fan and takes the lead. It solves the problem that after the rain and snow melt in the Northeast, the plastic strips of ordinary fans freeze due to the low temperature, causing the windows to fail to open or the strips to be pulled out when opening. However, the rainwater from luxury fans can flow directly along the window frame, which can completely to solve this problem.

4. Gaoke 90 flat-open three-seal series can achieve soft sealing (large rubber strip structure). Customized special large rubber strips have better sealing effect.

5. The frame, fan and boat beading of the series are universal.
