1. Introduction:

Barrel Body
There are three kinds of material used for barrel’s main body, they
are HB01,HB02,HC01.

Barrel Liner
We choose different kinds of materials for barrel liner according
to different application.
Normally,there are two main kinds of materials,one is HIP powder
tool steel,and the other is domestic steel.

The remarkable feature of the parallel twin screw extruder is that
the barrel can be split. At the same time, the screw and the barrel
liner can be combined at will.
Split barrel: In the past, the barrel of twin screw extruder is
integral and cannot be opened.The split type twin-screw extruder is
a split type, which is composed of the upper and lower half of the
barrel, the lower half of the barrel is fixed on the frame, the
upper half of the barrel is connected to the lower half of the
barrel through the worm gear reducer.Usually the upper half of the
drum and the lower half of the drum are bolted by two rows of
bolts. When it is necessary to start the drum, only loosen the
bolts and turn the handle of the worm box to open the drum.

PA6, PA66, PET, PBT, PP.PC enhanced flame retardant, etc.)

resin, epoxy resin, powder coating)
9), hot melt adhesive, PU reactive extrusion granulation (such as:
EVA hot melt adhesive, polyurethane)
