Mexican ANCE Testing & Certification,What is Mexican ANCE Testing & Certification ?

The first point: NYCE and ANCE are the two most influential issuing agencies in the Mexican market. If you pay attention to the issued certificate, it will contain the name of the organization that issued the certificate. Among them, NYCE should occupy the vast majority of the market in the issuance of certificates for consumer goods, and the NOM certification mark is uniquely marked with the NOM-NYCE mark.

Second point: NOM is the abbreviation of Spanish Norma Official Mexicana, Mexico’s certificate standard. It mainly includes the following parts:

Safety part: Common ones include NOM 001, 003, 019 NOM 063etc

Energy efficiency part: NOM 029, NOM 030, NOM 032 etc
Wireless part: NOM 208
The third point: NMX is the abbreviation of Spanish Normas Mexicanas, which is a standard for testing. For example, although NOM001 certificates are issued for different product categories corresponding to NOM-001-SCFI, the applicable test standards will be different.

The following four product categories have the largest volume of issuances in the Mexican market:

Electronic products: speakers, adapters, etc. ---NOM 001
Electrical product categories: TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, mixers, lamps, etc. ---NOM 003 or NOM-063
Office supplies: monitors, mice, printers, etc. ---NOM 019, NOM-016 (soon to be eliminated)
Communication category products: mobile phones, tablets, etc. ---NOM 208
The same product may need to obtain multiple standard certificates at the same time before it can be sold in Mexico.

Authorization

Moreover, LCS won many authorized qualifications both domestic and overseas. LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG.
