Conventional Manual Type C5225 Double Column Vertical Lathe Machine
The vertical lathe machine is designed for turning both inside and
outside cylinders and planes, corn surfaces, and grooving. It is
suitable for high-speed steel tools working on ferrous metals,
nonferrous metals, and some non-metallic materials.
1.This versatile machine is suitable for mechanical processing
across various industries. It can be used for rough and finish
machining of inside and outside cylinders, cone surfaces, end
faces, grooving, cutting, and internal hole boring.
2.The main components of the equipment are made using a whole
casting structure with high-strength, low-stress cast iron
material. After casting, it undergoes annealing and aging treatment
after rough machining.
3.The column guide rail is ground to ensure precision, while the
beam guide and ram guide undergo grinding after intermediate
frequency quenching.
4.The vertical tool-post is equipped with a five-station tool-post
and utilizes high-precision rat-gear disk positioning. The
tool-posts employ hydraulic balancing, with horizontal and vertical
feeds using sliding screw drives. The tool-post is powered by a
3-ph AC motor, featuring a sliding guide rail type guideway with a
high-strength PTFE soft belt for smooth operation.
5.The hydraulic system is equipped with German traffic transmission
devices to ensure stable oil flow for the worktable lubrication.
6.The machine is controlled by a PLC system for high reliability,
with electrical wiring tailored to the specific process
requirements.
