Description:

The planner bench can rotate the table through horizontal and lift motion mechanisms, allowing for inclined plane planning and expanding its versatility. The planner feed system employs a cam mechanism to adjust the feed rate, providing convenient and efficient adjustment capabilities.The shaper is equipped with cutting system overload safety devices, ensuring that in case of careless operation, external influences, or cutting overload, it will automatically shift to self-skid mode, preventing damage to the machine.

Proper lubrication is provided by pump shot oil between the rail and bed rail, speed gear, and main sliding guide surfaces. The shaper features a clutch and parking brake device, eliminating the need to cut off power when changing speeds, starting or braking the machine.
