The CNC slant bed lathe is a high-quality product that we designed
and built based on the market demand and our factory's extensive
experience in making horizontal CNC lathes for many years. This
machine tool has a maximum diameter of φ360mm and a maximum length
of 500mm for machining. We have upgraded the TCK50 series machines
with a newly designed mainframe structure and a reliable assembly
process. With its stable performance and innovative ergonomic
design, the TCK50 series will undoubtedly become an industry
leader. This lathe can handle shafts, discs, threads, arcs, cones,
and both inner and outer surfaces of rotating objects. We have
carefully matched the rigidity of the main spindle, bed, and
tailstock to greatly improve the overall stability during heavy
cutting. As a result, the machining accuracy of the outer circular
surface can reach IT6 to IT7 level. This versatile machine tool is
especially suitable for efficient, large-scale, and high-precision
machining of rotating parts in industries such as automotive,
electrical, bearing, and hydraulic.
Screw and nut are processed, grinding, assembly and quality control
in the constant temperature workshop, which can ensure the
stability of high precision. The use of rail friction coefficient
is small, fast moving speed, high precision.
Tailstock description:
The hydraulic tailstock is processed by manual (or hydraulic)
adjustment, manual (or hydraulic) locking, and hydraulic piston
pressing the workpiece.
Machine tool lubrication description:
RBCLB-3ZK positive displacement lubrication pump, automatic
lubrication, mainly on the bed guide rail and trailing plate
dovetail surface, ball screw and nut lubrication surface
uninterrupted oil supply.
