Main features:

The equipment uses sulfur dioxide corrosive gas to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products at a certain temperature and relative humidity, and reproduces the damage degree of materials or products within a certain period of time. The equipment is used to test the corrosion resistance of samples and their protective layers. Through the environment simulation to achieve the test effect. It can also be used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of certain products.

The equipment can reach and maintain the constant temperature and humidity point specified in the test work area. The specific concentration of sulfur dioxide gas is introduced into a designated capacity chamber, and the corrosion test is performed on the material or product under the conditions of constant concentration, temperature and relative humidity. The box is made of corrosion-resistant PP board, does not react with sulfur dioxide gas, does not absorb sulfur dioxide gas, does not affect the test results. When the test chamber is working, the internal and external pressures are balanced.
