SMC's KQG2 Stainless Steel Range
SMC's KQG2 stainless steel range provides engineers with a choice
of high performance, lightweight, compact push in fittings for when
resistance to corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures is vital.
30% smaller and 62% lighter than the existing KQG range and
available to tubing diameters from 3.2 to 16mm.
Threaded, Tube-to-Tube & Adaptors
This range includes both threaded, tube-to-tube and adaptors
components to fit a variety of applications.
KQG2 SUS316 Stainless Steel Fittings
The KQG2 series fittings are manufactured from the highest grade
SUS316 stainless steel, making them incredibly resistant to
corrosion even in the harshest environments.
High Capability Performance
The SMC KQG2 range of stainless steel fittings are capable of
performing under a range of pressures (-100kPa to 1MPa) and
temperatures (-5°C to +150°C), making them suitable for use with
compressed air, steam and water.
Features:
Compact and light, this product is approximately 30% shorter than
its predecessor, KQGL06-01S, and around 62% lighter. It comes with
metal parts made of stainless steel 316, sealed with special FKM
and is suitable with tubing materials such as TEP, PFA, Nylon, soft
nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin.

Note 1) For soft nylon tubing, water cannot be used.
Note 2) Consult with SMC regarding applicable tube separately.
Note 3) Avoid using in a vacuum holding application such as a leak
tester, since there is leakage.
Note 4) Check the operating pressure range and operating
temperature range of the tubing.
Note 5) It is recommended that you use the inner sleeve in the
following conditions (Except Ø3.2):
