The Petri Dish Filling Machine is a specialized apparatus for
filling Petri dishes with liquid materials. It is equipped with six
sets of peristaltic pumps, each driven by a separate stepping
system and assembled by Perwin. Operators can select the filling
specification on the touch screen interface and adjust the filling
accuracy of each pump independently. This Petri Dish Filling
Apparatus is capable of a filling speed of 2000~3000 dishes per
hour, and is equipped with a 100kg/h pure steam generator for
sterilization. The changeover parts are designed to fit 90mm single
area and bi-plate dishes. The control system of the machine is
based on PLC bus control and HMI.
