The PET Strap Making Machine is a high-precision, SIMENS-controlled automatic strapping
machine. It is designed to produce PET straps of up to 250m/min in
a variety of widths and thicknesses, ranging from 0.4mm to 1.2mm.
Furthermore, its automatic reel change allows for an error of
within 0.2mm. This machine is capable of producing straps in a
variety of colors, including white, black, blue, and green. This
makes it suitable for a range of applications and industries.
Functions of automatic winding machine:
1.Man-machine interface: operation and display of various functions
in the touch screen panel (winding length, weight, start, stop,
interface switching, bandwidth selection, paper core height
selection, etc.)

line travel automatically calculated, bandwidth spacing can be
fine-tuned by servo.
3 Constant tension winding is realized by synchronizing the winding
speed with the displacement sensor of the swing arm.

automatic calculation, side roller fitting type belt winding,
winding end face smooth, even spacing
5.Using condition: power single-phase 220V, air pressure 4-7kgf,
plug the air pipe(Φ8)in according to the marks on the
equipment,connect the electronic line(2.5 m2 +).Ventilate first,
then electrify(When turning off the machine in reverse order-first
turn off the electricity, then turn off the air pressure).
