Application for DTF Powder

Prepare the Design: Create or select the desired design that you want to transfer onto the fabric or textile. This design will be printed onto the PET film.

Print the Design: Use a DTF printer to print the design onto a transparent PET film using specialized inks. Ensure that the design is printed in reverse/mirror image to ensure correct orientation when transferred.

Apply the TPU Powder: Sprinkle or distribute the DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder evenly over the printed design on the PET film. Use a sifter or similar tool to achieve an even and thin layer of powder. Shake off any excess powder.

Activate the Powder: Place the PET film with the printed design and TPU powder facing down onto the target material (such as fabric or textile). Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine or similar equipment. The heat and pressure will activate the TPU powder, causing it to melt and bond with the fabric.
