The machine adopts a series of complex transmission, imitating the human action to automatically complete the lower box, box opening, folding instructions, loading (instructions) and box sealing and other procedures. The machine is as follows.

The vacuum used in this machine is either by a vacuum pump or by a ZL112 vacuum generator (SMC).

The material is delivered to the packing slot by the front pillow packing machine, the upper pressure cylinder shoots the excess gas of the product, and the feedback signal is transmitted to the host control center-programmable controller (PLC). At this point, the PLC will control the vacuum solenoid to generate vacuum at a specific time, using the suction box mechanism to suck out the box manually placed in the carton library, sent to the paper chain and open the box, and then driven by the box chain to the push station waiting for the medicine.

When the carton is correctly sucked out of the tray and falls on the chain, the lower sensor S1 has no signal output. When the carton fails (if stuck), the cartridge bar turns up and the PLC sends a control signal to stop the host machine and wait for the restart after troubleshooting. When the carton is correctly sucked down and placed into the walking box chain, the sensor S3 on the middle panel can detect the box signal, the PLC will control the lateral pushing mechanism to launch the gloves from the garage for a specific time, and when the carton is free, the PLC will stop the host.

When the glove accurately reaches the box station, the glove is vertically pushed into the box together, and if the overload device on the push bar will function, the sensor S6 will signal and the PLC will stop the host.

As the glove is accurately pushed into the box, the carton will continue to move forward, driven by the walking box chain. After the spray device, the automatic spray machine sprays the glue to the fixed position and enters the box station. The outgoing conveyor presses the box position again to ensure that all the boxes are sealed.
