Helium Leak Testing Equipment function:

The equipment is equipped with automatic sealing, evacuation, leak detection and helium filling functions for workpieces.

After the operator installs the electric vehicle cylindrical cell into the fixture, the sealing fixture automatically seals the cell; then the equipment automatically vacuums the cell until it reaches the set vacuum level and maintains the vacuum level for a certain period of time, and at this time, judge whether there is any leakage of the cell according to the value of the pressure drop inside the cell, and if there is no leakage of the cell, the equipment will automatically charge helium to the cell at the set value.

And through the PLC program control, different programs can be switched to meet the different heights (80-135MM) of the workpiece work, with diversified, automated performance.
