A boom barrier is mainly used for restricting unauthorized persons and vehicles
from entering into otherwise controlled environments, and for
controlling traffic overflow. It typically features a bar or pole
type arm that raises vertically with a meter of between 3 and 4
meters. Depending on customer requirements, the arming meter can be
slightly adjusted, however, the default timing of the barrier is
0.6 seconds.

Self-developed Motor Drive System
This motor drive system utilizes a self-developed DC24V brushless
motor, with a stable and reliable worm gear and planetary reduction
transmission structure. It features a large torque and wear
resistance.
It is powered by a DC variable-frequency control system which
provides a precise control. This control system provides a more
flexible running with less mechanical impact and it extents the
overall service life.
If an obstacle blocks the road, the automatic reversing function is
triggered and it provides a more sensitive, responsive, safe, and
reliable result.
The large LCD screen display control panel has an English-visual
menu, which is simple to maintain and easy to operate.
It also comes with a 433MHZ Remote Controller, thus it is simple to
add to any existing remote controllers.
If no power is available, the handwheel or the boom can be lifted
or dropped manually. It can also be powered by a DC24V battery or
opened one time by a supercapacitor steam.
Additional features include Motorcade Passing, Number-Counting,
Auto-Aging Test, Delay Auto-Closing, Relay Signal Output, or RS 485
Communication.
This motor drive system also has an option for Loop Detectors,
Infrared Photocells, or Radar.
