Analysis of the internal structure of the valve body
This valve adopts three-stage throttling, one-way diversion, and a balanced double-seat structure. Its specific features are:
◆ Primary throttling: The pipe diameter is reduced, which is equivalent to orifice plate throttling accounting for about 10% of the total pressure drop.
◆Secondary throttling: The valve cage opens a V-shaped opening for throttling (symmetrically distributed, usually four windows). Each window disperses the pressure and successfully achieves equal percentage flow characteristics through the V-shaped opening.
Diversion at one place: The advantage of the balanced double-seat is that the unbalanced force is small to prevent the valve core from shaking, greatly reducing the output force of the actuator and realizing diversion at one place through the balance hole at ③. The two valve seats share the pressure equally to reduce the erosion pressure of a single valve seat. The double seats adopt unique processing technology to realize single matching of valve seat and cage, easily ensuring zero leakage.
◆Triple throttling: A noise reduction cage is added to the valve cage to achieve triple throttling.
