The working principle of antistatic prepainted coil is to add some conductive materials in the insulating polyester coating, which gets the original insulated coating into a semiconductor(surface resistance10-10’S2, the ordinary polyester coating around10 Q2).
With the installation of construction to the ground, the accumulated static electricity on the surface of the prepaintec coil that is sourced from air convection or fabric friction is conducted into the earthing system and thendisappeare It can prevent dusts and bacteria adsorption to decrease performance, prevent electricity discharge.
Colored sheets are manufactured from galvanized sheet, galvalume steel, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-zinc-magnesium, aluminum-magnesium-manganese and stainless steel. After pre-treatment of the surface, the liquid paint is applied in several coats using the roller-coating method.
After curing, the coating is cooled. Coatings used include polyester, silicone-modified polyester, highly weather-resistant polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, epoxy and highly waterproof anticorrosion coatings. Excellent durability, corrosion resistance and processability. Products are widely used in the household appliances, decoration, architecture and automotive sectors.
