Product Description
Our TDB-50F model machine is one of our hot sale model extrusion
blow molding machine. It is with wide applilcations, not only can
produce plastic containers, such as 20L, 25L, 30Lstackable jerry
can, 40L,50L open top chemical drums, also can produce diffent
usage plastic hollow products, such as plastic big ice brick
cooler, mannequin base, sports items, toys, furniture, industrial
products, etc.
Equipped with servo motor not only for hydraulic system, also the
extruder, so it will save 10-30% energy.
Our efficient plasticizing mixing screw, which ensures the plastic
is fully and evenly plasticized, then improve product surface
quality and effectively prevent screw temperature rise.

Product Details
Hydraulic system: proportional pressure control, equipped with
famous brand hydraulic components, which are stable and reliable.
Material injection: Independent single (large) oil cylinder
injection to ensure the concentricity of the injection material,
and absolutely avoid the asynchronous phenomenon of double oil
cylinders. Tongda's unique technology:10-stage pressure wall
thickness control function, which reduces the difference in the
upper and lower widths of the parison due to vertical stretching,
so that improves the uniformity of product wall thickness.
Equipped with servo motor for oil pump, can save about 10 kWh of
electricity per hour. The longer cycle of the product, the more
significant energy saving effect is. And we use appropriate power,
so that the motor works at a suitable speed to extend the service
life of the motor and reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
If equip with small power, then the motor will keep running at a
high speed, the motor will easy be damaged.
Excellent flow channel technology and precise machining accuracy,
make the color change and material change more efficient. From dark
to white, normally can be completed within 3hours. Much quicker
