Product Description

If you want to produce 20L, 25L jerry can, our HSII-30L model machine will be a good choice.

This is our most classic and most hot sale series machine, with wide application.

It is suitable for producing up to 30L plastic HDPE jerry cans for the usage of drinking water, chemical, petro-chemical industry, also is suitable for producing irregular shape products such as the water tank for motorcycle, tool box, plastic toys, water pot, etc.

We equip servo motors not only for the hydraulic system, also the plasticizing system use the servo motor.

Servo motors for the hydraulic system and plasticizing system not only save energy, also with quick response.

We use accumulator type die head for this series machine. So Servo motor for the plasticizing system will save a lot energy after the filling is finished, and the product is in shaping period.

And we use appropriate power, so that the motor works at a suitable speed to extend the service life of the motor and reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. If equip with small power, then the motor will keep running at a high speed, the motor will easy be damaged.
