2. Technological process of rack electroplating
Loading → preheating → external shot blasting for rust removal →
internal shot blasting for rust removal → internal spraying →
external spraying → curing → leak detection → unloading
3. Main process introduction
Preheating:

frost, dew, etc.
External shot blasting for rust removal:
The interior wall protection board of the external rust removal
machine is made of rolled manganese 13 alloy plate, which is welded
and formed once, and the wear resistance time reaches 2000 hours.
The cleaning room of the external rust removal machine adopts a
main chamber and side auxiliary chamber structure, with less
splashing.
The external rust remover is equipped with a movable transparent
protective plate on the outdoor side for safer operation and more
convenient movement during maintenance.
Internal shot blasting for rust removal:

Curing:
The coating changes from liquid to solid.
Leak detection:
