Furthermore, there are 3 types of arm for selection - Straight-arm,
L style offset arm, or C style offset arm. With regards to heating
methods, there are also 3 options - natural gas, liquefied gas, or
diesel oil. Our patented insulation heating chamber contributes to
reduction of energy consumption, and the cost reduction. The
ability of each arm to run independently, contributes to highest
production efficiency. Also, the interlock function ensures safety
and stability when machine is running. The temperature of the
heating chamber is monitored in order to control the quality. The
formula to used in manufacturing can also be stored, which eases
the production management.
Additionally, the Shuttle machine is equipped with Siemens fully
automatic PLC and efficient Touch Screen, to make the operation of
the machine easy. The auto inspection of breakdown makes
maintenance and repairs easier. Lastly, there are also remote fault
diagnosis available for usage.

The oven adopts a circular structure design, which ensures high
space utilization rate while making it energy-saving. It is
fabricated by breaking up into 4-6 pieces of assembly, and the
heating method it uses is based on the principle of hot gas going
up to make it faster and more energy-saving. The burner is imported
from the Italian Liya Road brand, while the control system uses
Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication method to collect data
and reduce the problem of conventional lines for more beautiful
line layout.
