enterprise, with around 2, 000sqm work shop locates in Chang'an
Town, Dong Guan City, Guang Dong Province, China. Which was

Process of making moulds:

sample for reference, will pass to the R&D team to do Moldflow

and send drawings for approval. |

For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make
standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we
wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on
sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.
The shipping company should provide tracking information and
insurance to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the product.
The customer should be provided with the shipment tracking number
so that they can track the progress of their order.

If the size is not within the tolerance according the drawing, we
will modify the mold FREE.If you have new requirement after
sampling, we will give you some modify method for choice, for
example A and B, A cost 200 USD, B cost 400 USD, but after we
modified we find method A can't meet your requirement, we will
modify the mold by method B in FREE.
Q12.How to ensure plastic injection molding deliver on time?
We will send mold processing images every week, part dimension
measure report, part samples and molded video for you to check the
detail.
