Payment instructions:
1. We accept RMB, USD bank transfer, USDT transfer, PayPal.
2. For Spots Goods: Pay at least 30% deposit in advance , and
before delivery need to fill up all the balance ( 100% payment
before delivery)
For Futures Goods: Pay 70% deposit in advance.
3. The buyer is responsible for taxes and tariffs in your country,
but we can reduce the price of the goods a little.( For some
countries(area),we can help for custom clearance and tax,depends on
each country’s policy)
Shipping instructions:
A. Please provide your detailed delivery address, correct phone
number and email, so that we can timely contact you in case of any
problems.
B. Shipping way: One is standard shipping.(fast packaging and ship
by normal air), which takes approximately 10-15 days. Another is
urgent shipping (UPS / DHL / FeDex), which takes at least about
5-10 days (need to check logistics information for specific date).
C. We will send the goods from the warehouse within 3-7 working
days after your payment.
D. If you have special requirements for the tariffs, please let us
know so that we can try to solve this problem in time and promote
our cooperation.
E. If you have any problems or when receiving the damaged goods,
please do not sign for these goods and contact with us firstly, we
will try our best to solve the problem.
