Insulated Scaffolding
The main structure of the fully insulated scaffold (platform) is a
high-strength insulating tube made of glass fiber and epoxy resin
(EP). It is built by a ladder frame, a horizontal connecting rod
and a diagonal connecting rod, and a support rod plus an insulating
platfor
m board. The insulating scaffold (platform) is quick to build, easy
to disassemble and assemble, without any installation tools, and
convenient to use. It has high mechanical strength, Excellent
insulation performance, high flexibility, safety and stability,
fast disassembly and assembly, non-conductive, anti-oxidation,
corrosion resistance, non-sparking, etc. It is suitable for a
variety of live construction sites and high-altitude live
operations. It makes up for the inability of insulated bucket
trucks to enter the site Insufficient construction.
Insulated Scaffolding which are made by fiberglass reinforced
plastic, are used for live line inspection at Power substation.

Packing and Shipping:
Packaging
1.Insulated scaffolding should be wrapped in bubble wrap or foam
padding to protect it from any bumps or jolts during transport.
2.The scaffolding should be placed into a box that is big enough to
fit it. The box should be lined with additional bubble wrap or foam
padding.
3.The box should be securely sealed with packing tape to ensure it
remains closed during transport.
4.The box should be clearly labeled with the recipient’s address
and the words “Fragile” and “Handle With Care”.
Shipping
5.Insulated scaffolding should be shipped via a reliable carrier
that offers tracking. This will allow you to easily track the

6.If available, the package should be insured for its full value in
