JYH CNC precision machining offers a range of solutions to help you
develop effective prototypes and scale up to production parts. We
offer over 70 materials and 15 processes, including plating (black
oxide, nickel), anodizing (Type II, Type III), and chromate
coating, all at a scale to ensure cost-efficiency. Our tolerances
are incredibly precise, down to ± 0.001 in. (0.020mm).
We are happy to provide free DFM feedback in 1-2 hours and our
machined parts are completed as quick as 1 working day. Surface
roughness on flat and perpendicular surfaces is as low as 60µ in,
and curved surfaces are approached with an already very low of 120
µ in.
Applications:
At JYH CNC precision machining, all parts are produced within our
ISO9001- and ITAR-certified facilities, without outsourcing to
another machine shop. Every part is inspected to ensure conformance
to workmanship standards and levels of dimensional accuracy,
usually across the X, Y and Z dimensions.
