PET (Polyester) Film
PET Film is successfully used in a wide range of applications, due
to its excellent combination of optical, physical, mechanical,
thermal and chemical properties, as well as its unique versatility.
PET Film has been widely used in the cable industry for many years.
During cable prouduction PET Film is used for forming the perfect
shape on cable. On Communication, data transfer and instrumentation
cable production, PET Film is used as shielding on pairs or
grouping the cables. PET Film has a good scale of heat resistance
due to its high voltage and perfect electrical isolation
characteristics.
Construction
Single or multi-layer films (polyester, polyethylene, or polyimide)
or aramid paper with optional colored or adhesive coatings or
films.

Electrical characteristics:
Temperature resistance of 180 ° c, with high mechanical strength,
excellent insulation shielding property, high temperature
resistance, low temperature resistance, is an ideal wrapping
material, mainly used as insulation and isolation, as well as
increased impedance.
Packaging and Marking:
Polyester Tape will be packed in wooden barrel with PE film bag and bubble paper
inside. It is then sealed and inserted in a wooden case. After it
is fixed, an external plastic coversheet is wrapped around it to
avoid water penetration.
Storage:
Polyester Tape has a shelf life of 12 months from production date
if stored in unopened original packages, under dry and clean
conditions at temperatures between 10-30°C. The product will be
damaged if it is stored in a moist area or if it gets in contact
with water.
