An internally threaded tube means that one or more spiraling
rifling lines are machined into the inner wall of the tube, which
are rectangular grooves when viewed from the cross-section.
Internal threaded tube is also called dry evaporator tube, internal
ribbed tube or internal finned tube. In central air conditioning
units it is mainly used on dry evaporators. It is also used in
domestic and commercial air conditioning heat exchangers or for
high heat pipes. The internal surface area per unit length of
internal ribbed tube is 1.5~2 times that of ordinary glossy copper
tube, and its heat transfer coefficient is 1.5~2.4 times that of
glossy copper tube of the same specification. And the carrier flow
resistance increases only 3-5%, which can save energy by 20-35%,
and the weight of the whole machine of suitable refrigeration
air-conditioner is reduced by 10-25%.

evaporator- -increase the heat transfer area, increase the number
of gasification core, and increase the turbulence degree of the
liquid film
Threaded aluminum tube in condenser-increase the heat transfer area
in the tube. Under the action of surface tension, the condensant is
forced to leave the heat transfer surface. It reduces the thickness
of the refrigerant liquid film between the tooth top and the tank
agent.
