High vacuum tempering furnace is mainly used for vacuum tempering
after vacuum quenching and solution treatment of tool steel, mold
steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, titanium alloy
and other materials, as well as recrystallization annealing and
vacuum aging of non-ferrous metals.
1﹑Technical specification
1. Overall dimensions: H1200*W1200* D1000(MM).
2. Size: H1000*W700*D700(MM).Material: stainless steel.
3. Use oven-specific multi-wing centrifugal wind wheel
4. The box body is made of 1.2MM galvanized sheet by bending and
welding.
5. The door is sealed with high-temperature asbestos rope. Net disk
included, temperature uniformity: ±3℃
6. Stainless steel heating tube, effective heating speed (can be
used for more than three years), power 18KW.
7. The specially designed air duct changes from top to bottom, and
the air duct changes from large to small, ensuring uniform air
volume on each floor and a temperature difference of ±3% of the
product.
8. Temperature range: room temperature ~ 250°C.
9. Use imported thermal insulation cotton, which has a good thermal
insulation effect and saves 30% of electricity bills than ordinary
ovens.
10. Input voltage: 380VAC/50Hz (three-phase four-wire + ground
