Machine introduction

This machine RM-F550 is a newly developed router. It is used to disassemble the entire printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) into a single PCBA board. This machine uses a very stable platform to ensure working accuracy, with a platform size of 300 * 350mm.
It has a larger platform option, with a size of 400 * 600mm. This machine provides user-friendly "visualization" programming, achieving fast and accurate online programming, and can also detect the process of unloading the board.

1. To provide customers with high-performance, stable, and safe industrial equipment, using high-precision linear guides, control cards, and servo motors
2. The 4-axis motion control is based on high-resolution CCD secondary alignment and adopts dual platforms to improve production efficiency.
3. German brand wire spindle, with a speed of 40000~60000 rpm.
4. Taiwan Sea Temperature brand guidance ensures the accuracy and smoothness of mobile systems.
5. Tool life monitoring. After cutting a certain distance, the tool will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.
6. Suitable for dismantling straight, circular, and circular connecting plates.
7. The PCB substrate is placed using a two-stage continuous sliding process to reduce waiting time and increase production.
