Application
Bright quenching, tempering, oil quenching or pressurized (high
pressure) gas quenching of alloy steel, high speed steel, tool and
die steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and other
materials.
Vacuum heat treatment of magnetic materials and hard gold, high
temperature vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering.
Features
Convection heating achieves rapid and uniform heating of the
low-temperature section. The heating chamber structure in the
furnace provides more uniform heating, low power loss and energy
saving.
Using a new type of carbon felt composite material, it is resistant
to high temperature and high pressure airflow erosion, and the heat
shield has a longer service life and is easier to maintain.
