Product Description:

The pre-painted steel sheet in coil is a metal product obtained by combining a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet with a surface chemical treatment (coating).

The base metals used for this product can be cold-rolled steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, and hot dipped galvalume steel. Its coating material are also versatile, ranging from polyester, silicon, modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, and high-durability polyester.

Features:

Prepainted steel sheet has four main components: a steel core, a metal coating, a primer and a top coat. A pre-treatment is applied to the steel substrate before coating is applied, sprayed, and dried. After phosphating, baking, and cooling an organic protective film is formed, which makes it highly durable and corrosion-resistant, yet also provides an attractive finish.

In terms of formability, prepainted steel sheet can be used for advanced operations like roll forming, bending, and deep drawing. Additionally, it can be cut, roll formed, bent, and folded in order to be formed into a variety of shapes and designs.
