Inner layer: Translucent, Smooth Uhmwpe(upe) , Food Quality.
Reinforcement: High Strength Synthetic Plies with Dual Stainless Steel Wire
Spirals.
Outer layer: Blue Rubber Compound, Corrugated Design, Resistant to Abrasion,
Ozone and Weathering.
Temperature: -30˚C to +100˚C
Application: For unloading bays, as well as mobile or fixed installations in
fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Suction
and discharge of virtually all corrosive chemicals: strong acids,
high aromatic solvents, chlorinated or oxygenised solvents,
aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.
Advantages:
A versatile hose for a wide range of chemicals. Very good
mechanical strength. Hose construction gives excellent bending
radius. Inner tube in accordance with american regulation FDA
21.CFR.177.1520. Smooth tube for easier washing out (up to 140°C
during 30 minutes). Cover has excellent resistance to ageing,
atmospheric conditions and ozone as well as optimum resistance to
abrasion and chemicals. Can be fitted with many types of couplings.
Can also be used for transfer of aqueous, acidic, alcoholic or
fatty foods.
