IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers, Totes & Cubes) are an effective
and economical solution for safe transportation and storage of
liquids, fluids, and chemicals. They are strong, stackable, and
easy to move with either a forklift or pallet jack. Our 1000L
plastic IBC tank extrusion blow molding machine is optimum for
producing 500-1000L IBC tanks. Uniquely designed screw for UHMWPE
material, decrease the formation time, and the production capacity
can reach more than 500 pieces a day. For some customers, a cycle
time up to 135 seconds can be achieved.
Changing colors is a common procedure for IBC tanks, but our
special designed die head cuts color changing time and reduces
energy costs; 1 tank only requires 8 kW. We have single layer,
double layers, and three layers configurations for your selecting.
The advantage of using 3 layers is a lower use of additives due to
a subset of the original amount to the outer layer. Furthermore,
the blow molding machine is equipped with a bilingual operating
panel and advanced automation features.
Our extensive experience (sporting more than 50sets in customer
factories) allows us to offer a turnkey approach for IBC projects,
which include internal tank making machines, auxiliary equipments,
outer steel cage manufacturing equipment, as well as spare parts
