These containers are strong, stackable, and easy to move with a forklift or pallet jack. Our 1000L plastic extrusion blow molding machine is ideal for accommodating 500-1000L IBC Tanks. This machine is designed with a screw suited for UHMWPE material. This leads to an even plastication and an insignificant temperature, significantly shortening the IBC tank producing time. The total output of this machine reaches up to 500pcs/day or even 135s/cycle with the end product meeting standards.

It is often necessary to switch out the colors during the manufacturing process. With our special die head design, you can reduce the time needed for exchanging colors as well as cheapen your energy consumption (8kw/IBC tank). Our machines come in single, double, and triple layer configurations--the more layers, the wider the applications and lower the cost of additives. Substances are only added to the outer layer, meaning the cost can be substantially reduced with a triple layer machine when using the same proportion of additives as a single layer machine.

In order to enhance the user experience and general automation, this machine is equipped with a bilingual operator panel and automatic configuration from world renowned brands.
