a transmission range of 0.17~2.1um, 0.26~2.1um, .0185~3.5um and a
reflectance of less than 0.25%. Moreover, a second flat can be
provided upon request. Fused Silica Wafer is ideal for various
applications such as optical systems, laser scanning systems,
optoelectronic devices and data storage systems. Its high precision
