XQGX-30A adopts a tabletop filling line design, which is specially
designed for various small round essential oil bottles. The filling
part uses high-precision ceramic piston metering pumps to ensure
filling accuracy. Material contact parts are SS316L and ceramic
which has good behavior on corrosive resistance. The equipment has
its own bottle unscramble mechanism, which can be operated by one
person. The capping part adopts the servo capping method to
effectively prevent the cap from being damaged. The whole machine
is made of sanitary stainless steel, which is good and sanitary.
