2.Features:
1.Corrosion resistance

corrosion resistance, including air, water (or brine),
petrochemistry and many chemical systems.
2.Conductivity
On the basis of equal weight, the conductivity of aluminum is
nearly two times that of copper.
3.Thermal conductivity rate
The thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy is about 50-60% of
the copper, which is beneficial to the manufacture of heat
exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, and
the cylinder head and radiator of the car.
4.Nonferromagnetism
Aluminum profiles are non-ferromagnetic, which is an important

3.Process
1. Wood grain aluminum veneer has been processed sheet metal first
through the surface color treatment.
2. Select the custom wood grain heat transfer paper to wrap the
printed sheet metal sheet, fix the interface of the paper with the
high temperature adhesive paper, prevent the wood grain hot
transfer paper to be loose, and the wood grain aluminum sheet is to
be attached to the front of the wood grain hot transfer paper.
3. Bake the wrapped aluminum sheet metal sheet metal. The height of
the baking temperature and the length of the time should be
adjusted according to the characteristics of the transferred
substrate and the depth of the texture of the transfer surface.
4. Remove the baked wood grain aluminum veneer, tear down the heat
transfer paper, make the surface clean.
5. The aluminum sheet wrapped with wood grain transfer paper has a
high temperature resistant and well sealed plastic plastic bag, and
then vacuum from the two sides of the plastic bag until the plastic
bag can be fully and effectively cling to the base material.
4.Introduction
The wood grain is simulated, and the extruded aluminum material is
sprayed first, and then the wood grain paper is attached to the
surface. The wood grain is completely evenly permeated into the
spray primer through the process of vacuum and heating.
