● The frame, boom and work table are adopted box structure, with light weight, good rigidity and nice appearance. There are radial T-shaped grooves on the work table surface for fixing work-piece. Meanwhile, the work table adopts well thermal material to prevent table splitting when the work-piece is preheated too high.

● The system is equipped with water cooling cycling unit, ensuring using life of equipment.

● The rotation of work table adopts DC step-less regulation or AC transducer regulation. Using which type is decided by customer needs or actual situation of operation. The tilting can realized by transducer step-less regulation as per requirement.

● Drive system adopts breaking motor and worm reducer, keeping sure equipment positioning percisely.

● The drive system adopts dual or single drive mode.It is also determined by actual situation. Dual drive has the feature of small transmission gap and safe operation system, etc.

● The positioner has the advantages of stable structure, heavy load capacity and convenient operation, etc.

● There's no need to fix equipment on the foundation so as to move conveniently.

● Remote-control is equipped.

● There is reserved linkage in the electrical, for connecting with column & boom and welding machine control system which made by our company.
