1. Name of the machine:
Conventional welding rotator is widely used for pipe, boilers, pressure vessel, oil tank and other cylinder’s assembling, burnishing and welding. The machine can assort all kinds of auto welding, manual welding .improving welding quality ,lessening welding labor and improve productivity.
A set of conventional welding rotator including one power rotator, one idle rotator and electric control. The wheels center to center distance will be adjusted by workers. It is mainly used to cooperate with the submerged arc automatic welding machine for longitudinal and circumferential seam welding.

The structural components of the rotator has carried with annealing treatment, then reprocessing after welding, which can ensure the long-term usage and service time.

The series welding rotator is absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad, designed and manufactured by us according to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories. According with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999, it is the device for special purpose adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel. It has advantages of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation.

3. PU wheel self aligning welding rotator feature:
The welding rotator series includes the self-alignment, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types. This adjustable welding rotator has following features:
● Adjustable vessel turning rolls can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
● Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
● According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel; it can joint control with other equipments.
● The vessel turning rolls is mainly used for the welding Polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell, but also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
● This product is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry.
