1. Brief introduction of equipment

Compared with previous types of machine, MWZ-1200 horizontal H beam automatic welding machine is more superior. First of all, it only needs to weld firmly H beam flange plate and the front of web plate, then the assembling of H beam and the welding of two welding seams can be realized at one time. So, it increased the automation greatly and improved the work efficiency. Besides, this machine can also make sloping side welding with small angle (weld the beam of variable cross section). So, it is the ideal equipment for light steel production line.
This machine is mainly composed of main machine and transmit conveyor (including input conveyor and output conveyor). Main machine is mainly composed of fixed welding organ, moving welding organ, press conveyor device, work table raise and fall organ, automatic submerged arc welding machine, welding fluid loading system, eletric control system, welding wire transmit system and pneumatic, hydraulic system and so on. Among that, fixed welding organ and moving welding organ are the heart of this machine. They are composed of drive device, guide arc organ, web plate locating device, work-piece grounding device and so on. Each movement of the main machine part is realized by hydraulic or pneumatic system, and basically realize the automatic operation.
Transmit conveyor is driven by direct connection type reducer to transmit work-piece conveyor. There are side locating roller, web plate hydraulic pre-up bear device, transmit chain system on the conveyor.
