1. Air Conditioner Instructions
The air conditioner is one kind of refrigeration product
self-developed for cabinet. It is applicable in
the place where the cabinet internal heat is very large, the
internal electronic equipment is sensitive to the
environment temperature and which should be isolated internally and
externally completely. This product
has multiple functions, high reliability, and has the feature that
it can start to work without complex
debugging after powering.
The fan in the internal cycle air path absorbs the hot air from the
upside to make air heat exchange
by evaporator fins, and sends the cooled air from the downside of
the air conditioner. By so, the air in
cabinet can cycle to achieve the purpose of lowering the
temperature. Meanwhile, The fan in the external
cycle air path absorbs the external cold air from the downside, and
discharges the hot air from the upside
after heat exchange.

3. Installation and Operation
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
The product uses standard carton package. To remove the package,
remove the external
straps first, and then open the top cover and put out the carton.
Please check the packing list
and accessory bags in the carton.
Note:
1. When the package is removed, make sure the air conditioner is
placed vertically. It
cannot be placed horizontally or upside down.
2. When the external package is removed, please check carefully
whether the
appearance of the air conditioner is damaged or stained with oil.
If any damage is
found, please report this together with the bar code number on the
package to the
retailer.
3. If the product is not to be installed immediately or it is
required to transport the
product to another area, please repack the air conditioner after
the check.
4. To protect the environment, it is recommended to recycle the
packing cartons.
3.2 Preparations
Please pay attention to the following before the installation:
While placing the environmental equipment in the cabinet, make
sure that there is no
obstruction in the internal cycle air inlet and outlet of the air
conditioner.
3.3 Installation
Installation of the air conditioner includes two parts:
Stick the sealing materials on the air conditioning
Fix the air conditioner on the cabinet
Tool list: Screwdriver.
Installation must be accordance with the following steps:

1. There is enough room for any easy installation and maintenance
both inside and
outside of the cabinet (ensure there are at lease 600mm space
between any of the
unit’s surface to any of other fixed surface).
2. Check the accessories (Power lines, communication lines,
mounting bolts, sealing
materials, user manual) and prepare the installation tools.
3. Seal the installation surface of the cooling units and the
cabinet with sealing tapes
according to the designed sealing surface.
4. Fix the air conditioner on the installation surface of the
cabinet firmly. As shown
in Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2.
